PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional image information processor in which a different image or the like cannot be easily displayed in a desired region on an image. SOLUTION: This image information processor comprises a first information output part 12 outputting first information; a first window output part 15 outputting a first window; a second window output part 17 outputting a second window; an acquisition instruction receiving part 18 receiving an acquisition instruction for acquiring image information within the second window; a regional image acquisition part 19 acquiring, according to the acquisition instruction, regional image information that is image information outputted to a region within the second window; and a regional image output part 20 outputting the acquired regional image information onto a region in which the first information is located within the first window.
