An apparatus, system, and method are disclosed for enhancing the filtration of small particles from liquid stream 106. The apparatus includes a fuel filter bank 102B, 102C, 102D having with at least one fuel filter 102. The fuel filter bank 102B, 102C, 102D is mounted on a mounting bracket 114. The mounting bracket 114 couples to an internal combustion engine 112 with a plurality of vibration dampeners 116. The engine 112 may have a high pressure common rail fuel system 110. The vibration dampeners 116 vibrationally isolate the fuel filter bank 102B, 102C, 102D from the internal combustion engine 112, reducing the particle slip and degradation of the fuel filter bank 102B, 102C, 102D.
