[PROBLEMS] To provide information on cases whose symptom elapses are similar as reference information when a diagnosis is made by observation of the clinical course. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Region-of-interest setting means sets a region of interest of each of medical images (31 to 33) acquired in time series. Similar case searching means searches for case information including case images having regions with an image feature similar to the image feature of each region of interest. When case information matching the search is extracted, case information display means displays, in time series in order of examinations, not only the case images whose image features are similar but examination result information (38a to 38e) including all the case images belonging to the case information, the examination purposes and comments.
