The element has a sealing disk (8) with sealing studs equal in number to that of peripheral cutouts of a safety disk (6). The studs sealingly close the cutouts in a rest position. The disk (8) is mounted fixed in rotation and mobile in translation by springs (10) displacing the disk (8) towards the disk (6), so that the disk (8) is spaced from the disk (6) by pins of a jack plug (2) during a translation movement such that the studs are disengaged from the cutouts. The studs reach a sealed position during the decoupling of the plug and the element, by the springs.
