<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a driver for reducing a time required for temporary joint jigs during an adhesion and the number of jigs, and using a piezoelectric element for achieving a cost reduction by reducing an expense required for the jigs. <P>SOLUTION: The driver has the piezoelectric element connected to a drive pulse generating means so as to be expanded and contracted, a guide member fixed to one end of the piezoelectric element, a spindle fixed to the other end of the piezoelectric element, and a fixing member to which the spindle is fixed.
