PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely assemble an inner frame to an outer frame and a front frame to the inner frame. SOLUTION: On the upper surface side of a base member 52 in the inner frame, a first bearing part 56 where a first upper shaft hole 57 for the first upper spindle of the outer frame is formed is provided and also a first opening/closing lever member 62 to be turned between a closing position and an opening position to the first upper shaft hole 57 through a pivot shaft 71a is provided. On the lower surface side, a second bearing part 56 where a second upper shaft hole 59 for the second upper spindle of the front frame is provided and also a second opening/closing lever member 70 to be turned between the closing position and the opening position to the second upper shaft hole 59 through the pivot shaft 71a is provided. The projection part 71b of the second opening/closing lever member 70 is inserted to the first guide hole 53c of the base member 52 and the second guide hole 63b of the first opening/closing lever member 62, and a torsion spring 78 for energizing the first and second opening/closing lever members 62 and 70 to the corresponding closing positions is locked between the locking part of the first opening/closing lever member 62 and the projection part 71b.
