PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can reduce burden on the main control board while improving the reliability of a put-out command. SOLUTION: The main control board 70 divides the 2-byte put-out command into one-byte units to be transmitted serially to a put-out control board 20. A put-out CPU 710 of the put-out control board 70 judges in a regular time interruption processing whether the put-out commands are received normally or not.
