A one cell and dual hopper type measuring device and a method thereof are provided to measure materials that should not be mixed, with the materials being separated from each other, by introducing the materials into a dual hopper. A one cell and dual hopper type measuring device includes a dual hopper(110) and a measuring scale(140). The dual hopper includes a first hopper having a first valve at an outlet thereof and a second hopper connected to one side of the first hopper and having a second valve at an outlet thereof. Composition materials are sequentially introduced into the first and second hoppers, with the composition materials being separated from each other. The measuring scale is installed at the dual hopper to measure the composition materials.
