<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoother, less bulky elastic film laminate that has improved properties and can be manufactured in a robust process. <P>SOLUTION: A laminate comprises an elastic film overlying at least one substrate web, wherein the elastic film has been stretched at least twice processes prior to overlying at least one substrate web. A process of manufacturing a laminate comprises (a) providing an elastic film, (b) stretching the film in at least one direction, (c) relaxing the film, (d) stretching the film at least once more in at least the one direction, (e) making the film overlie at least one substrate web while the film is stretched to form a laminate, and (f) relaxing the laminate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
