PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating steps and operating time in carrying out image analysis using a three-dimensional image display device. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image display device is composed of a preprocessor having the function of obtaining the purpose of examination and a site to be examined by analyzing an image data aggregate examined by a diagnostic imaging instrument from information incidental to images, information from an information system, a human body atlas and the like, deciding on an image analysis protocol, performing the image analysis of the image data aggregate in accordance with the image analysis protocol and outputting analysis parameters and characteristic values, and an image display device permitting the use of the analysis parameters and characteristic values of the image data aggregate acquired by the preprocessor the display of analyzed images desired by an operator by operating an image analysis application software corresponding to the analysis protocol and reproduction of the analysis data, characteristics values for image analysis of image data aggregate, and permits the reduction of operation steps and operating time necessary for image analysis using three-dimensional image display device.
