PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store an engine stop switch and a fuel opening and closing cock in a throttle lever case in such a manner that the same can be disassembled at any time and enable to turn the engine stop switch on and off, open and close the fuel opening and closing cock appropriately by operation of a rotary valve interlocking with rotation of the lever. SOLUTION: The engine stop switch 2 and the fuel opening and closing cock 3 are built in the throttle lever case 1 as one unit, a tooth lacking driven gear 5 is intermittently rotated via a tooth lacking drive gear 4 rotated by a lever 6, and the engine stop switch is turned on and off and the fuel opening and closing cock is opened and closed by intermittent rotation of the tooth lacking driven gear.
