<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper carton which is used with a top panel being opened and can be simply collapsed into a flat shape after use. <P>SOLUTION: The width of one bottom face panel is smaller than one half of the width of a bottom part, and a folding line is formed at the position of one half of the width of the bottom part of another bottom face panel. A longitudinal folding line o is provided on each side face panel 15 so as to longitudinally passing a center over an upper folding flap and a lower folding flap. By pressing the bottom part downward from the inside after the use, the bottom part is projected outwardly and folded into two at the folding line o. Accordingly, each side face panel 15 is also projected outwardly together with the upper folding flap and the lower folding flap, and folded into two at the folding line.
