PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of changing performance display content in the illumination unit of a front surface cover member and achieving the illumination unit capable of changing the performance display content by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The illumination part 35 of the illumination unit 21 comprises a base part 38, a plurality of decorative panels 56, a side light emitting source 58, a holding part 60, an irradiation opening 45 opened at the base part 38, a rear light emitting source 39, and a diffusion part 42. The diffusion part 42 is provided with a diffusion lens part 51 and a front reflection part 53. The plurality of decorative panels 56 are formed in the state of being expanded to the front, a performance display part is provided on the rear surface of each decorative panel 56, and by emitting light from the side light emitting source 58 corresponding to the decorative panel 56, the performance display part of each decorative panel 56 is made visible. When making the performance display part of the rear side decorative panel 56c visible, the light is emitted from the side light emitting source 58 corresponding to the rear side decorative panel 56c and also the light is emitted from the rear light emitting source 39.
