<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor allowing a user to set a control mode when executing a light emitting control corresponding to a music sound signal level and a frequency or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A table stored in a table part 55 is registered in association with the music sound signal level, the frequency, the operation quantity of an operation element and each LED driving mode. When detecting the level of music sound signal and the frequency, and obtaining the operation quantity of the operation element by a control part 50, the control part 50 decides a light emitting control mode corresponding to the detected level in reference to a definitional content of the table, the frequency and the operating quantity of the operation element, and executes a plurality of LED light emitting controls with the decided light emitting control mode.
