<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless terminal existing under control of a plurality of wireless base stations, where useless alteration of connection of the wireless base station can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless terminal (STA) existing under control of a plurality of wireless base stations (A, B) makes a first decision whether first conditions are satisfied for altering connection from a first wireless base station (A or B) currently connected with the wireless terminal (STA) to other second wireless base station (B or A), and a second decision whether second conditions are satisfied for altering connection from the second wireless base station (B or A) to the first wireless base station (A or B).
