PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing for preventing oil leakage from an oil opening part by using a thrust pattern to generate sucking force which works from a rotational center to the outside, and to provide a dynamic pressure bearing motor using the same. SOLUTION: The dynamic pressure bearing comprises a thrust bearing, a rotational center shaft 1 installed at the center of the thrust bearing, thrusting-direction dynamic pressure generation parts P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>formed on the surface of the thrust bearing and filled with oil, and the oil opening part A<SB>1</SB>provided on the side of the rotational center shaft. The thrust bearing has the thrust pattern recessed so that the momentum with the rotation of the oil, to be generated on the inner periphery side of the dynamic pressure generation part of the thrust bearing, is greater than the momentum with the rotation of the oil, to be generated on the outer periphery side of the dynamic pressure generation part of the bearing.
