PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device of a simple structure, easy to manufacture, and of low cost, as to one used mainly for operation of acoustic, air conditioning equipment or the like of an automobile. SOLUTION: In case of making a case 11 with a plurality of mounting bosses 13 formed by protruding contact parts 13A of the mounting bosses 13 of the case 11 with a substrate 4 further downward than a hollow opening 13B, the contact parts 13A can be formed with stepped parts 27A of an upper mold 17 without deviation in a position or a dimension, instead of pins 19 moving up and down, so that the contact parts 13A can be formed in uniformity in a simple structure to enable to obtain a low-cost switching device easy to manufacture.
