PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a configuration and to improve visibility of a lamp section. SOLUTION: Electronic equipment is provided with: a base chassis in which each section is integrally formed from a transparent material, and whose both faces are formed as a first attaching face 5a and a second attaching face 5b respectively; a display unit 6 including a display panel 21 which is fitted to the first attaching face section of the base chassis; a control circuit substrate 7 which is fitted to the second attaching face of the base chassis; a rear cover 8 which is fitted to the second attaching face of the base chassis and covers the control circuit substrate; and a substrate 16 for mounting elements, in which semiconductor light emitting elements 17 are arranged. A light storage lamp section 13 for receiving and emitting light which is emitted from the semiconductor light emitting elements and transmitted through the base chassis, is formed at a position outside of the display unit on the base chassis.
