PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter allowing hanging a wet umbrella thereon and stored without the wet umbrella. SOLUTION: The counter is composed of a counter body portion mounted on a wall surface of a building and a frame stored under the counter, the frame is drawn out downward from the bottom of the counter, the umbrella is supported by the upper end surface of the counter and the frame when the frame is drawn, the frame is provided with at least one hook, and the hook can suspend an annular body.
