PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanotube completely filled with a ferromagnetic metal or including the metal at its tip as an element to evaluate magnetic characteristics, and apply it to a magnetic sensor etc. SOLUTION: In this invention, a metal thin film is laminated to include or fill in a substrate for including and filling a metal containing not less than one magnetic metal. By growing a nanotube using the substrate which is laminated with the metal including or filled with the metal, these metals are included or filled simultaneously in an element.
