A tent with a parasol is provided to improve space utilization by forming the front part of a parasol unit larger than the rear part and to improve supporting stress by fixing a parasol pole at the same location as a tent pole. A tent comprises a tent unit(4), a parasol canvas(26), a hook(32), a plurality of sewn canvases(30), a first and a second parasol pole(28a,28b), a tent pole(6), a fixing hook(10), and a parasol unit(22). The parasol canvas covers an upper part of the tent unit. The one end of the sewn canvases is attached to the parasol canvas in a width direction. The hook is connected at the other end of the sewn canvases. The first and the second poles are hung at the hook to fix the parasol canvas. The fixing hook where the tent pole and the first and the second poles are fixed is formed at a lower corner of the tent unit. The parasol unit is integrally formed on the tent unit by connecting the pole.
