A binding machine (A) for binding an object (9) with a binding body (8) by operating a motor (4). The binding machine (A) has a control circuit (11) for controlling the motor (4), an electricity source (VCC) for controlling purpose, supplying voltage to the control circuit (11), a gate circuit (10) for supplying electric power to the motor (4), and an electricity source (VIN) for driving purpose, driving the gate circuit (10).
