PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make crease stretch effect and meandering inhibition effect appear and to dry a wet film. SOLUTION: After casting dope and forming a casting sheet 13 on a casting band 12 traveling, a casting sheet 13 is supported and stripped off from a casting band 12 by a strip roller 35 to form a wet film 15. A casting sheet 13 is sent to a migrancy section 16. A first roller in which the diameter is approximately equal from the center toward both side ends or the diameter becomes small gradually from the center toward both side ends is used for pass rollers 60 and 62 and a support surface side of the wet film 15 is contacted. A second roller in which the diameter becomes large gradually from the center toward both side ends is used for a strip roller 35 and pass rollers 61 and 63 and an opposite support surface side of the wet film 15 is contacted. The wet film 15 which is supplied with drying wind from a drying device 43 to advance drying is conveyed to a tenter 18.
