PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency module capable of changing a matching condition for an output matching circuit, without changing the design of an external circuit. SOLUTION: The high frequency module comprises a power amplifying element 24 for amplifying a transmission signal, an output matching circuit 26, and a duplexer connected to the output matching circuit 26 for isolating the transmission signal and a reception signal amplified by the power amplifying element 24. The output matching circuit 26 includes a variable capacity capacitor Ct connected in parallel to a transmission signal delivery route and having one end grounded. Non grounded end side of the variable capacity capacitor Ct is connected to an amplification volume adjusting voltage supply route 28, for adjusting the amount of amplification in the power amplifying element 24 through a connection route 29. While a direct current cut capacitor C3 is arranged between the connection route 29 and the power amplifying element 24 a distribution constant line SL2 established to a level of impedance for preventing the transmission signal amplified by the power amplifying element 24 from leakage to the connection route 29 is provided at the connection route 29.
