PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative discharging device of high precision which can be miniaturized and is particularly suitable for applying/filling work using a robot. SOLUTION: A pressure-adjustment valve 8, which functions as a shutoff valve, is provided at the inlet port 2c of a pump casing 2, and a sphere body 8a for a valve is energized with a spring 8c in the inlet port 2c-closing direction. A pressure-adjustment mechanism 9 equipped with a diaphragm 9b is provided at a position opposite to the inlet port 2c across a coupling rod 6. The coupling rod 6 is made to pass through the aperture 10a of a ring-shaped rod 10A in which a push rod 10c is protruded at a part of a ring body 10b having an aperture 10a which allows the rotation of the coupling rod 6, and, through the diaphragm 9b of the pressure-adjustment mechanism 9, the sphere body 8a for a valve of the pressure adjustment valve 8, which functions as a shutoff valve, is opened and closed with the push rod 10c of the ring-shaped rod 10.
