A technique for the surgical treatment of the decompensated duodenal stenosis comprises the successive single-stage radical duodenoplasty with ulcer dissection and gastroptosis elimination. The lesser curvature of the stomach is crimped and sewed to the hepatogastric ligament. Then the greater curvature of the stomach is crimped. The esophagofundoplication cuff is sewed in the coronary ligament. Finally, mesocolonoplasty is performed.
