THIN FILM TRANSISTOR PANEL AND CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME

A thin film transistor panel and a crystal display device including the same are provided to enhance display quality by forming a symmetrical structure of sustain electrode lines exposed to a periphery of a pixel electrode. A plurality of gate lines(121) are formed on an insulating substrate. A sustain electrode line(131) is formed between the gate lines and includes a plurality of sustain electrodes. A plurality of data lines cross the gate lines and the sustain electrode line. A thin film transistor includes a first to third terminals. The first and second terminals of the thin film transistor are connected to the gate line and the data line. A pixel electrode(191) is connected to the third terminal of the thin film transistor. The sustain electrode line includes an overlaid part with four sides of the pixel electrode, a part exposed from the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode includes a plurality of small-sized electrodes and a connective part for connecting the small-sized electrodes to each other. The small-sized electrodes have a symmetrical structure except for parts connected to the third terminal of the thin film transistor.
