A device for manufacturing a thick beef soup is provided to cook a thick beef soup in a confined space because heat is not emitted into the air, and produce an oil-free beef soup convenient to eat. A device for manufacturing a thick beef soup includes a stainless vessel(13) for cooking a thick beef soup, and a heating machine. The vessel has a lid equipped with a vapor pipe(14), water level sensors(4,5) which are placed at the upper part of the vessel, an outlet for a thick beef soup which is placed at the lower part of the vessel and discharges the boiled beef soup into a collector, and a water feed pipe which is installed at the upper part of the vessel and supplies water to the vessel when the water level gets to a low water level sensor. The vapor pipe discharges water vapor into the outside. |
