A soundproofing material for construction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period. A soundproofing material for construction comprises a concave plate(21), a sodium silicate layer(22), a wire mesh(23), a porous layer(24) including the wire mesh(23), a yellow soil finish layer(25) and an enamel layer(26). The sodium silicate layer(22) is formed at two sides of the concave plate(21). The wire mesh(23) is formed by compressing volcanic stones, yellow soil balls or yellow soil powder mortar. The yellow soil finish layer(25) is formed by coating and compressing yellow soil paste. The enamel layer(26) is formed by coating general enamel and sintering the enamel at a high temperature.
