FIELD: oil-and-fat industry, in particular anti-oxidative protection of lipids, oils and fats. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains alpha-tocopherol and antioxidant synergist, such as 1-(N-4'-hydroxyphenyl-propyl-3,3',5'-tri-tert-buthyl)-5-ethyl salicylic acid amide. Claimed composition is added in amount of 0.04-0.28 % based on lipid mass and all components are used in specific component ratio. Method of present invention makes it possible to reduce of lipid oxidation rate by 2-5 times and to reduce of hydroperoxides level formed in process of lipid oxidation by 72.2 %. ^ EFFECT: decreased lipid oxidation rate; reduced level of hydroperoxides. ^ 3 tbl, 6 ex |
