A fabricating method of a phenol PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is provided to obtain a cost gain by using phenol and to prevent influence on characteristics of an electric device by differentiating lengths of wires according to impedance matching. A fabricating method of a phenol PCB includes the steps of: obtaining a length of a microstrip. The microstrip forms impedance matching between a CPU(Central Process Unit) and DDR(Double Data Rate) memory. The DDR memory stores data, operates in radio frequency, and increases efficiency of an entire system. The CPU processes an analysis of a command code, an operation of the data, and comparison and is adhered on a substrate. The substrate has a dielectric which is made of phenol material; and forming the microstrip connecting the CPU and the DDR memory according to the obtained length of the microstrip.
