PURPOSE: A polyolefin filament and a method for fabricating the same are provided to enhance antibacterial, deodorizing, and moisturizing properties of a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating functional polyolefin-based filament comprises: a step of melting polyolefin-based resin; a step of spinning the melted material in a speed of 30-50 m/min; a step of drawing spun yarn at 50-80°C; a step of crimping the drawn filament; and a step of spraying liquid resin containing functional spinning emulsion and chitosan to the filament.
