A polyurethane elastic fiber is provided to improve the spinning workability and the frictional characteristics of a sided needle, a roller, and a guide, by forming the polyurethane elastic fiber to contain talc treated with a surface treating agent. A polyurethane elastic fiber contains talc of 0.1-10 wt% based on the total weight thereof, wherein the talc is treated by a surface treating agent. The surface treating agent is at least one selected from aliphatic alcohol, fatty acid, fatty acid salt, aliphatic ester, phosphoric ester, styrene/maleate anhydride polymer, and derivatives thereof, silane coupling agent, titanate coupling agent, polyorgano-siloxane, polyorgano-hydrogen siloxane, and melamine-based compounds. |
