<p>A manufacturing method of rubber coated gloves with pleats and rubber coated gloves with pleats made by the same are provided to obtain rubber coated gloves having good ventilation to prevent user's hands from getting moist with perspiration. A manufacturing method of rubber coated gloves with pleats includes: a pre-treatment step of depositing gloves in a pre-treatment solution in which 2-5 parts by weight of water soluble calcium salts are dissolved in 100 parts by weight of alcohol solvent for 2-5 seconds; a bubble forming step; a coating step of depositing gloves on which pretreatment is performed in a coating solution for 2-5 seconds to be coated with rubber and drying the rubber coated gloves at 70-120 deg.C for 1-3 minutes; a pleat forming step; and an after-treatment step of removing water soluble calcium salts by depositing coating gloves in a washing tank several times and drying the gloves at 100-120 deg.C for 30-50 minutes.</p> |
