<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet repeater for preventing a packet sent from a terminal where a session has been established from being discarded and for improving throughput efficiency of the packet. <P>SOLUTION: The packet repeater 10 includes a packet repeating part 18 for repeating a packet sent from a terminal, where session has been established in a use band required for the session. The packet repeater includes a session control information analyzing part 12 for specifying the usage band, by analyzing session control information sent from the terminal; and a band correction part 14 for correcting the use band specified by the session control information analyzing part 12, based on the amount of header information, when the packet is repeated.
