PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid powder cosmetic material having fresh feeling when applied, good extendibility on the skin and excellent in moist feeling and tight adhesiveness to the skin in finishing and generating no time-dependent caking phenomena. SOLUTION: The solid powder cosmetic material comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) a fluorine compound-treated powdery material in 0.1-70 mass%, (b) an oil agent containing 30-80 mass% silicone oil in 0.1-30 mass%, (c) a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane polymer in 0.025-2.5 mass% and (d) a porous powdery material in 0.001-20 mass% and 30-80% of the whole powdery materials is tabular powdery materials.
