SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of installing a conductive substrate at low cost.

SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell is provided with a unit cell 1 in which a fuel electrode 12 and an air electrode 13 are respectively formed on one side and the other side of an electrolyte 11 of sheet-shape and a substrate 2 which supports the fuel electrode 12 of the unit cell 1 and has conductivity and porosity. The substrate 2 has a base material 21 made of ceramics having insulating and porous property and a conductive layer 22 formed along the porous wall face of the base material 21.
