PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handset capable of making the content of calling easy to understand for a user wearing a hearing-aid, without allowing a third person in surroundings to catch the content of the calling and without reducing volume of the calling. SOLUTION: A first sound discharge opening 18 oriented to an ear hole of a user and a second sound discharge opening 23 oriented to a sound intake opening of a hearing-aid are formed at a listening portion 10. A speaker holder 25 arranged with a speaker 29 is supported in a rotation free fashion using a small shaft 26 as a rotation center. A speaker opening 27 of the speaker holder 25 is selectively oriented towards the first sound discharge opening 18 or the second sound discharge opening 23, by moving an operation button 5 to the direction of an arrow A-B.
