DEHYDRATING APPARATUS IN NATURAL GAS HYDRATE PRODUCING PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydrating apparatus permitting the height of the apparatus to lower by making unnecessary to consider the upwelling of unreacted water caused by the capillary phenomenon so that the unreacted water accompanying a solid in a slurry due to the capillary phenomenon is actively sucked to enhance dewatering when removing the unreacted water from the NGH slurry produced in a natural gas hydrate producing plant. SOLUTION: The unreacted water is sucked from within a cushion tank part 12 by sucking to dewater from a water level adjusting pipe 17 communicated with the cushion tank part 12 of a dehydrator 11 with a dewatering pump 18. The internal of the cushion tank 12 is sucked by the suction so that the water level of the water level adjusting pipe 17 communicating with the internal of the dehydrator 11 and the water level in the internal of the cushion tank part 12 are adjusted with LdC19a to keep a pressure negative in the cushion tank 12, thus enhancing removal of the unreacted water from the dehydrator 11.
