<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recorder/reproducer in which a user is not bored during rewinding or quick feeding of a magnetic tape. <P>SOLUTION: When a recorded program is reproduced, a signal control circuit 3 generates a still image from analog picture sound data under reproduction every time when 5 minute elapses during reproduction based on a control signal inputted from a control section 11, and records the still image thus acquired in an image memory 14. The control section 11 detects the traveling position of a magnetic tape when a temporarily reproduced magnetic tape is rewound or fed quickly by counting the control signals inputted from a VTR interface circuit 4. When the magnetic tape is rewound or fed quickly, the control section 11 delivers a control signal for displaying the still image recorded in the image memory 14 on a monitor to the signal control circuit 3 every time when a predetermined time elapses. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
