<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite sheet which is easily mounted on a thin type wiring of a flat cable, etc. and prevents ferrite chips from scattering. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite sheet, including a protective sheet 2 and a sintered ferrite sheet 4 having a groove 51, has an adhesive layer 3 on one surface 21 of the protective sheet 2.
