PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive sheet allowing positioning in inspection of a semiconductor device such as an LSI to be easily carried out. SOLUTION: This socket integration type anisotropic conductive sheet is provided with: a porous resin sheet 12 having a conductive part arrangement region A where a plurality of hollow conductive parts 5 formed over the thickness direction are arranged; and a socket part 3 located at least on either of the side of a first surface of the porous resin sheet 12 and the side of a second surface thereof opposite thereto, surrounding the conductive part arrangement region A in the form of a bank, and integrated with the porous resin sheet.
