PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium that is used for electronic equipment which does not have a mechanical mechanism for rotating/moving the whole recording medium or an optical device for irradiation with information light or reference light, and has information recorded by holography in an angle multiplex recording manner by rotating recording parts in the recording medium with an electric field and also displays recording contents in a changeable state on a label surface of the recording medium. SOLUTION: The optical information recording medium has a medium part 4 sandwiched between a pair of opposed support plates 2 and 3, and a plurality of recording parts 5 made of recording material where information is recorded by holography are rotatably arranged in the medium part 4. An arbitrary electric field is produced by accumulating electric charges on surfaces of recording parts 5 in a rotatable shape and then the recording parts 5 are rotated to make the information light and reference light incident at different angles, thereby performing the angle multiplex recording. A surface of each recording part 5 is differently colored into at least two or more areas and then characters and an image are displayed by using rotations. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
