摘要 An organic electro luminescence device having a charge separation layer is provided to form an electron-positive hole recombination zone of at least two layers separately in an organic light emitting layer by installing the charge separation layer on an interlayer of the organic light emitting layer composed of a multilayer. An organic electro luminescence device having a charge separation layer includes an anode(22), an organic light emitting layer(27), and a cathode(28) which are sequentially stacked. The organic light emitting layer(27) is installed on a first organic light emitting layer(24), a second organic light emitting layer(26), and between the first organic light emitting layer(24) and the second organic light emitting layer(26). The charge separation layer(25) is composed of a first charge transport material or a second charge transport material. The first charge transport material has a larger electron positive mobility than a material which forms the first and second organic light emitting layers(24,26). The second charge transport material has larger electron mobility than the material which forms the first and second organic light emitting layers(24,26).
