A karaoke machine having an audio signal output level regulating function is provided to adjust the output level of the karaoke machine to match the input level of external devices by an output level regulating unit having preconfigured average maximum level and optimal level values for each external devices, and regulating the external output level of the karaoke machine using the preconfigured values matching the external device selected, thereby ensuring the quality of the output audio. A karaoke machine having an audio signal output level regulating function comprises an audio signal processing unit(130) mixing an external audio signal inputted through a microphone with a recorded music signal inside the device, and signalizing and then outputting the mixed audio signal, a device selecting unit(150) selecting wired or wireless external devices for outputting the mixed audio signal, and an output level regulating unit(140) adjusting the external output level of the audio output signal in response to the selection signal from the device selecting unit. The output level controlling unit includes at least one level conversion device for regulating the external output level of the audio output signal. The regulation of the output level of the audio output signal is conducted by regulating the voltage applied to the level conversion device. The output level regulating unit has average maximum level values for each of the external devices preconfigured and stored, and regulates the external output level with the average maximum level corresponding to the external device selected by the device selecting unit. The output level regulating unit has optimal level values for each external devices preconfigured and stored, and adjusts the external output level of the karaoke device with the optimal level value corresponding to the output device selected by the device selecting unit.
