PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder valve device which can be lightly operated by reducing operational resistance during operating the valve device by reducing the resistance of seal members. SOLUTION: In the cylinder valve device (a selector valve device 74) including a valve casing 78 and a valve plug 76 which is rotatably fitted into the valve casing 78, and switching flow passages based on the rotation of the valve plug 76, the valve plug 76 has an internal passage 110 for switching flow passages, and a first opening 106 and second opening 108 which are open to the peripheral surface of the valve plug 76. The inflow section to the first opening 106 includes water connection rooms 131 which are formed between the valve plug 76 and the valve casing 78, and seal members 130 which are placed only on parts in the circumferential direction.
