PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrene resin composition having highly balanced impact resistance and moldability and excellent strength such as flexural energy, free from defective appearance caused by gel and exhibiting excellent practical properties and provide a sheet and a molded article produced by using the composition. SOLUTION: The rubber-modified styrene resin composition contains a styrene resin (A) constituting the matrix phase and a rubbery polymer dispersed in the styrene resin. The styrene resin (A) satisfies the requirements that (1) the weight-average molecular weight determined by GPC-MALLS method is 150,000-550,000 and (2) the gradient of the molecular weight determined by GPC-MALLS method on a double logarithmic chart taking the molecular weight as abscissa and the inertia radius as the ordinate is 0.35-0.45 in the molecular weight range of 250,000-10,000,000.
