<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel mounting base for an electric apparatus with wheel corresponding to rails with different rail width. <P>SOLUTION: The electric apparatus with wheels comprises wheel units 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d attached to a lower side of a tank 1 storing an electric apparatus body such as a transformer and a reactor, and can move on the rail 4 by the wheel units.
