PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless access control apparatus capable of improving the communication throughput while avoiding a problem of hidden terminals in a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: The wireless access control apparatus of a base station for making wireless connection with one or a plurality of wireless terminals each provided with a band use reservation request means for requesting the base station for use reservation of a communication band when a transmission data amount exceeds a request performance threshold in the data transmission, is characterized by including: a communication state monitor means for monitoring a communication state with each wireless terminal in the wireless connection; a request performance threshold determining means that determines the request performance threshold for performing the request of the band use reservation by each wireless terminal on the basis of communication state monitoring results by the communication state monitor means; and a request performance threshold revision instruction means that instructs to change the request performance threshold set to the band use reservation request means of each wireless terminal into the request performance threshold determined by the request performance threshold determining means.
