PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic corrosion prevention constant velocity joint which prevents a leak current from flowing into the constant velocity joint through a connection member. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic orrosion prevention constant velocity joint 4, rotational torque is transmitted by engaging guide grooves 1a, 2a of inner and outer rings with a rolling element 3, and a ceramic coating 8a is formed in the serration portion of an intermediate shaft 8 fitted to the inner ring 1. The ceramic coating 8a is formed by the aerosol deposition method, and made of the aerosol raw material of an alumina fine particle. The mean particle diameter of the alumina fine particle is 0.01μm to 2μm. The ceramic coating is formed by fixing an aerosol spray nozzle, rotating the intermediate shaft using a motor for rotating an object, and axially moving it using an X-Y table for positioning.
